Happy Halloween!

It was a spooky-ooky-ooky Halloween this year. Garett was so tiny last Halloween, he hardly noticed a thing. But this year, he got to experience it all!
We visited a beautiful pumpkin patch and...
had lots fun playing with the pumpkins, big and small. We even loaded up a few in a little red wagon to bring home.
Garett shares his sucker with MiMi during the Halloween party at our condo in Destin.
Garett really "gets into" the apple-bobbing contest with cousins Caroline, Griffin and Aidan.
Future Picasso? I think Garett ate more paint than he managed to get on his pumpkin.
We visited Riverbanks Zoo for their annual "Boo at the Zoo" Halloween party. What fun! Garett was so enthralled by all the kids in their costumes. By the way, nothing says Halloween like a $1.99 plastic jack-o-lantern treat bucket!
It's Halloween morning and Garett checks out the pumpkins we carved and the Halloween lanterns that will light our porch tonight. The pumpkin behind him is in honor of Mischa, our cat of 13 years that ran away this summer.
Daddy, Mommy and Garett make the rounds trick-or-treating in the neighborhood. Garett got loads of candy (which we'll be obliged to eat, aw shucks). One neighbor even had a special Halloween gift bag made up just for him, complete with a Sponge Bob sippy cup!
